Kelli Hays returns for her 13th season as the Office Coordinator for the Union College men's and women's ice hockey teams in 2025-26. She handles a variety of administrative duties for both programs and is the primary contact for the Garnet Blades, the official fund raising organization for Union Hockey.
Hays came to Union after serving as a Branch Manager for Labor Ready. She developed and managed the performance of the branch operations for the Latham office. Her duties included staff training, recruitment and hiring. Hays was the primary sales person for the organization's branch.
Hays is a 2004 graduate of the University of California, San Diego.
