Union College Athletics

Dave Baglio begins his 20th season as the equipment manager for the Union College men’s and women’s hockey teams in 2025-26. He boasts more than 30 years of professional and collegiate hockey equipment management experience.

Prior to joining the Union staff in 2006, Baglio spent seven years with the New Jersey Devils organization, first with the Utica Devils of the American Hockey League in 1988-89 and then with New Jersey from 1989-94. Baglio later worked with the Winston-Salem Icehawks of the United Hockey League before returning to New York in 1999 as equipment manager of the Adirondack Icehawks of the UHL, which became the Adirondack Frostbite in 2004.

A native of Rochester, N.Y., Baglio resides in Glens Falls with his wife, Melissa, and their three children, Landon, Macy and Lola.
