Rensselaer rallied from a 4-2 deficit to tie Union in a non-league contest at the Frank L. Messa Rink at the Achilles Center.

Kelly Lannan's first goal of the year got the Dutchwomen out to a 1-0 advantage before Rensselaer scored the next two goal to take a 2-1 advantage at 5:04 of the first period. Junior captain Courtney Ripenhoff tied the game with her first of the season at 16:01 of the first before the Dutchwomen broke out to a 4-2 advantage as Linehan and Elise Nichols found the back of the net at 58 seconds and at 13:21, respectively. The Engineers came back to tie the game, with their final tally coming with just 1:14 left in regulation.

Sophomore netminder Dana Smullyan kicked out 24 shots for the Dutchwomen.
