The Saints got on the board first when Saeger Philpot scored on an assist from Lloyd with 13:50 remaining in the first half. Union knotted the score at 1 with 2:49 left in the half on a goal by Kristina Gehring.
Union's Emily French scored on a penalty corner 7 minutes into the second half to give Union a 2-1 lead. Lloyd countered 2 minutes later to make the score 2-2.
Union's Jessica Trotter scored on a penalty corner with 5:07 remaining to give them the 3-2 lead. The Saints tied it up with 3:36 remaining. Lloyd deflected an Abby Copeland shot off of a penalty corner. Elsenbeck followed with her first game winning goal of the season for the win.
