Cunningham, who tied the game on a layup with 23 seconds remaining, finished with a game-high 26 points while Eisenhut contributed 14.
Union, which had entered the day in a three-way tie for first place with the Saints and William Smith, improved to 6-1 in the league and took over sole possession of first as the Herons lost to Rensselaer, 77-68. The Dutchwomen are now 13-4 overall.
Cunningham's layup with 7:38 left in the first half gave the Dutchwomen a 25-15 advantage before the Saints, who entered the game riding the crest of a six-game Liberty League win streak, fought back to take a 30-29 lead into the half. St. Lawrence, which is now 9-7 overall, led for the first 19:21 of the second half and enjoyed a 13-point margin, 53-40, with 6:19 left to play.
Cunningham's layup with 5:57 remaining started Union on a 18-3 run that would see the Dutchwomen tie the game on another Cunningham basket at the 23-second mark. The senior forward scored 15 of the Garnet's final 18 points and all but six of the game's final 21 points.
Union, the defending league champion whose only loss came in Canton last season, saw Cunningham and sophomore forward Krystal Hammond each pulled down six rebounds.
