Dutchwomen Maintain Liberty League Lead by Defeating Skidmore, 63-34

 SCHENECTADY, N.Y.Everone played and all put one player scored as Union maintained its hold on first place in the Liberty League women's basketball standings by defeating Skidmore, 63-34, at the Viniar Athletic Center.   The win improved the Dutchwomen's circuit record to 7-1 while their overall standard climbed to 14-4.  Skidmore dipped to 2-6 in the league, 7-11 overall.

The Dutchwomen, who shot 48.1% in the first half by connecting on 13 of their 27 field goal attempts, took a 38-17 lead into the locker room. 

Sophomore forward Krystal Hammond netted a game-high 13 points while junior guard Erika Eisenhut contributed 10 markers.  Senior forward Katlyn Cunningham had eight points and now needs just 13 markers to become the eighth member of the Dutchwomen's 1,000-Point Club. 

Shanley Irving led the Thoroughbreds with seven points.
