Hamilton wins volleyball match in four games

CLINTON, NY – The Hamilton women's volleyball squad posted a four-game victory over Union on September 23. The Continentals won 30-20, 28-30, 32-30 and 30-26.

The Dutchwomen were highlighted by freshman setter Lauren Lesce (Rochester, NY/Pittsford-Sutherland) who had 45 assists and 14 digs for the match. Danna DiBlasio (Schenectady, NY/Schalmont) also had 14 digs for Union and Mary Volcko (Skaneateles, NY/Skaneateles) had a match high 18 kills.

Sophomore outside hitter Julie LaSpina (Roslyn Heights,NY/Roslyn) had 15 kills for Union, and added eight digs in the match.
