Ryan Banagan (Albany, NY) was good enough for the game-winning goal in Union's 3-0 victory against Elmira Wednesday at College Park Field. With the win the Dutchmen improves to 8-2-2, while the Purple Eagles go to 4-8-0.
Zeyak's tally came from just inside the left side of the box and the freshman went low to beat Elmira goalkeeper Jon Deprimo. The goal was his second of the season.
Less than a minute later, Benagan found the back of the net on a penalty kick at 22:05 for his second goal of the season. The Dutchmen benefited from another Purple Eagle foul in the box during the 73rd minute. This time junior defender

Ryan Green (Santa Barbara, CA) turned aside five shots, all in the second half, for his second win of the season. Freshman netminder
Mike Szczesniak (Armonk, NY) put the finishing touches on the shutout when he entered the game with 3:45 remaining. He went untested.
