Union is now 15-5 overall while the Golden Knights fell to 6-15 and 1-9 in the league.

Early in the contest, Clarkson took a 10-9 lead at 12:32. Union came with a 13-0 run over the next three minutes to take a double-digit lead, and though the Knights briefly cut the lead back to less than 10, the Dutchwomen finished the half with a 14-point advantage, 34-20.

Union appeared as if it would pull away and make the game a blowout in the early minutes of the second half, as it extended the lead to as many 19 points, holding an 18-point advantage at 12:35, 53-35. With an 11-2 run in just over two minutes, the Knights cut Union's lead to single digits and on a few occasions reduced it to just six.
