Arseneault Scores In Dutchwomen’s Loss

, NY – Freshman forward Émilie Arseneault scored her team-high tying fifth goal of the season as the Union College women's ice hockey team lost at No. 6 St. Lawrence, 5-1, Saturday afternoon.
 
With the loss, Union goes to 2-25-3 and 0-17-1 in the conference, while St. Lawrence improves to 20-7-3 and 14-4-1 in ECAC Hockey play.
 
Arseneault's goal, which came at 18:31 of the second on the power play, was her second in three games and fourth point in as many games.
 
Freshman forward Adelle Calahan and sophomore forward Elsa Perushek each picked up assists on the play. It was Calahan's team-leading ninth assists and 10 point of the season. Perushek enjoyed second assist of the year.
 
Senior goaltender Lundy Day made 24 saves, while freshman Kate Gallagher posted 12 stops.
 
Union returns to the ice on Friday, Feb. 13 at Brown for a 7 p.m. contests.
