Men's ice hockey set to begin play in Brice Alaska Goal Rush

FAIRBANKS, AK - The Union College men's ice hockey takes to the road for its longest road trip in program history, to Fairbanks, Alaska for the Brice Alaska Goal Rush. After a blistering start to the season at home, with wins of 9-0 and 7-3 against Sacred Heart University, Union will take on host No. 14 Alaska-Fairbanks at 4:05 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 15 and Alaska-Anchorage at 7:05 p.m. on Sat., Oct. 9. With a four-hour time difference from Alaska to Schenectady, the games can be seen and heard at home at 12:05 p.m. and 8:05 p.m., respectively

Friday's Union hockey game at Alaska Fairbanks will be carried live on the internet at
www.TEAMLINE.cc. Bruce Cech will call all the action for the game live from Fairbanks, with a game time of 12:05 a.m. Eastern on Saturday, October 16.

Kurt Haider calls all the action for Saturday's Union game against Alaska Anchorage. This game will also be live on the internet at www.TEAMLINE.cc, team code 1160. Union announcers Matt Dubrey and Brian Unger will be in studio for the intermissions and post-game on WABY and WVKZ.
