WILLIAMSTOWN, MA - The Dutchwomen lost to Williams College 3-1 Tuesday night in four close sets. After surrending the first two sets to the Ephs 22-25 and 19-25, Union battled through to win the third 25-15. The squad took a commanding lead in the beginning and held on to put the score at 2-1. However, Williams came back strong in the fourth and defeated the Dutchwomen 15-25.

Eve Richards led the team with 14 kills and 25 digs. Sophomore
Casey Tepper recorded 17 kills and 14 digs, while sophomore
Marissa Vollmer tallied 24 digs. Setter sophomore
Mackenzie Westfall contributed 32 assists during the match.
The Dutchwomen are set to travel for a busy weekend. On Friday, September 30th, they take on St. Lawrence University at 4:00 p.m. and Bard College at 6:00 p.m. On Saturday, October 1st, Union matches up against Vassar College at 11:00 a.m. and Clarkson University at 1:00 p.m. The squad is now 8-7 on the season.
