SCHENECTADY, N.Y. – Union College junior 
Ciara Dudeck tallied five goals in the Dutchwomen's 17-12 win over St. Lawrence on Saturday afternoon at Frank Bailey Field. With the win, the Dutchwomen improve to 5-2 overall and 2-0 in Liberty League play while the Saints fall to 2-5 overall and 0-2 in conference play.

Maggie Comiskey (3) combined for 11 more goals. 
Jackie Hagopian was the only other Dutchwoman to record a goal. McGrail also led the Dutchwomen with three assists to complete her seven point day.
The Saints held the early lead as Caroline Bailey's tally was the first on the board. St. Lawrence's lead was short lived as the Dutchwomen tallied four straight goals over the next eight minutes to take the lead 4-1. Gould and McGrail would also tally in the first half but the Saints rattled off four straight goals down the stretch to knot the game at 6 heading into halftime.
In the early second half, the Dutchwomen were outscored by the Saints 3-1 as the Saints took a 9-7 lead with 26 minutes remaining in the second half. The Dutchwomen would spend the next 12 minutes pulling away as they tallied the next six goals straight, including two by Dudeck, to take a 13-9 lead with just under 15 minutes remaining.
The two squads traded goals heading into the final ten minutes of the game but a string of three straight tallies for the Dutchwomen sealed the Saints fate. St. Lawrence midfielder Kiera Taussig tallied the final goal of the game with 13 seconds remaining but the Saints fell with the final of 17-12.
Freshman goalkeeper 
Jen Hughes picked her fourth win of the season as she made eight saves on 22 shots faced. Saints goalkeeper Addie Cunningham fell to 2-5 as she allowed all 17 goals and made only seven saves on 25 shots faced.
Union held the advantage in shots (25-22), ground balls (15-10), draw controls (17-14), and clears (15-7). The Saints turned the ball over 15 times to the Dutchwomen's 13 and held the advantage in free-position shots as they converted on four of their seven attempts.
The Dutchwomen return to action on Tuesday when they welcome Ithaca to the confines of Bailey Field for a nonconference matchup at 6 p.m.
