PITTSFORD, NY – Union remains perfect on the season following a 1-0 road win over St. John Fisher in non-conference action from Growney Stadium. The 16th-ranked Dutchwomen improved to 5-0 and are now 13-0 all-time against the Cardinals in a series dating to 2002.
Whitney Bickford provided the game-winning goal at the 58:32 mark, collapsing on a ball that squirted across the goal mouth and tucking a shot inside the far post. Bickford registered a game-high six shots, and with the goal (the 16th of her career), took over the team scoring lead with her sixth point.

Allison Brustowicz recorded her third straight shutout, extending her shutout streak to 274 minutes, 50 seconds. The defending Liberty League Defensive Performer of the Week, Brustowicz has allowed just two goals in five starts this season.
