CANTON, NY—The Union College men's soccer defeated SUNY Canton 3-0 on Saturday afternoon.

The Dutchmen were led by Andrew Fontaine who scored his second goal on the season at the 43rd minute.  Just 19 minutes later, Carl Faber added his sixth goal of the season from an Another Kushiaina assist. Matthew Gomes had the game-winning goal at the 88-minute mark which was assisted from Samuel Eddy and Jeremy Manus.

Union continue their road swing with a mid-week game against Western Connecticut State on Sept. 23 at 8 p.m., in Danbury, CT. The Dutch then return home to open Liberty League play against Hobart College on Sept. 26 at 3 p.m., at the Turf at College Park.
