POTSDAM, NY—The Union College women's soccer team remained unbeaten in the Liberty League, playing to a 1-1 tie against Clarkson on Saturday afternoon at Hantz Turf Field.
The Dutchwomen, who are unbeaten in their last 10 (6-0-4), move to 6-3-4 overall and 2-0-3 in the Liberty League, while the Golden Knights move to 4-9-1 overall and 0-5-1 in conference play.

Katie Monahan extended her point streak to five games with an assist.
The Dutchwomen pressed early, forcing Clarkson goalkeeper Elyse Green to make two saves in the opening 10 minutes.
Sydney Keane gave Union a 1-0 lead just 13:10 into play, blasting a long range effort into the top left corner for her third of the season.
The Dutchwomen held Clarkson to one shot on goal in the opening frame, carrying the 1-0 lead into halftime.
The Golden Knights struck quickly in the second frame, pulling even in the 53
rd minute when Courtney broke hrough the left side of the 18-yard box before curling home a high strike.
Green stopped two more shots over the final 30 minutes of play, while Union sophomore goalkeeper
Kelsey Hartsoe turned away the only shot she faced to preserve the tie. Neither team managed to produce a shot on goal in the extra session.
Union outshot Clarkson 14-6 and had a 7-2 advantage in corner kicks. Hartsoe finished with two saves, while Green stopped four shots.
The Dutchwomen, who are currently tied for third in the Liberty League standings, make the short trip to take on crosstown rival Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute at 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 18.
