SCHENECTADY, NY – Yasin Dombayci headed home a
Andrew Fontaine corner in the seventh minute and it's all Union College would need. The Dutchmen tallied four more goals in the game as they grabbed their first win of season 5-0 over Utica College.
First-year
Salvador Lopez Jr. netted two goals in his debut for the Dutchmen. The first came off of a corner as it spun off of the keeper's gloves and across the line, giving the Dutchmen a 2-0 lead 19 minutes into the first half.
Utica made the most of their opportunities as both of their first half shots were on frame. Pioneers goalkeeper, Matthew Milograno, stood tall in the second half tallying seven saves.
Despite his performance, he was unable to stop all of Union's 12 shots on frame as

The Dutchmen are back on the pitch Saturday vs. Sage Colleges at 1 p.m.at College Park in the Union College Classic.
