SCHENECTADY, NY – Four Dutchmen hit double digits, including a 16 point and 12 rebound night by senior captain

Union shot a blistering 50.7-percent from the field in the dominant performance over the Hawks. The Dutchmen got on the board first with a trey from
Kevin Weckworth and then never looked back, keeping the lead over the Hawks for the entirety of the game. Weckworth ended the night leading the Dutchmen with 22 points, which included five three-pointers by the senior.
Liquori recorded his second career double-double, despite finishing fourth among his peers with 16 points. He nabbed a total of 12 boards, 10 defensive and two offensive, while shooting 8-for-10 from the field.

Greg King were the two other Dutchmen to hit double digits in the contest. McNoble went 6-for-7 from the field, including hitting his only shot from behind the arc, while also knocking down six of his eight free-throw attempts for 19 points on the night. King tallied 18 points, hitting seven field goals and going 4-for-6 from the charity stripe.
Noteworthy: Union scored 54 points in the paint, amounting to over 55-percent of the Dutchmen's offense. Despite Union giving up 17 turnovers and only creating 16, the Dutchmen scored 18 points off turnovers compared to just six by the Hawks. Hartwick's bench amounted to 25 of its total points, compared to just 13 points off the bench for Union.
The Dutchmen return to the Viniar Athletic Center over Thanksgiving weekend to host the annual Sig Makofski Invitational. Union takes on Hunter College on Saturday, Nov. 25, at 4 p.m. (ET), in the opening game of the invitational.
