HAMILTON, NY - The Dutchwomen fell to the Colgate Raiders this afternoon, in 1-6 fashion.

The No. 4 Raiders took a quick 2-0 lead, in the first period.

Just two minutes into the second, Union cut its deficit in half. Katelynn Russ scored her ninth goal of her sophomore campaign, on a power play, to bring the Dutchwomen within one of the Raiders. However, Russ' goal would be the lone score of the night for Union. 

After Russ, Colgate went on to score four unanswered goals during the remainder of the game and ran away with the 6-1 win. 

The Dutchwomen snap back into action tomorrow afternoon to take on No. 6 Cornell. Puck drop is slated for a 3 p.m. start time in Ithaca, NY.
