ANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, NY - With 14 different Dutchmen scoring a point this evening, the Union College men's lacrosse team cruised to an 18-5 victory over the Bard College Raptors.
Tonight's victory improves Union's conference record to 2-2 while Bard remains winless in Liberty League play, at 0-6.

Kerry Lyne began Union's offense tonight, scoring back-to-back goals in the first two minutes of play. Bard was quick to respond and cut the early deficit in half with a goal of their own at the 11-minute mark. However, both team's offenses quieted down for the remainder of the first quarter. The Dutchmen would not strike again until there were three minutes remaining on the clock in the first quarter, then scoring three unanswered goals to take a 5-1 lead.
Bard's Peter Sojka scored for the Raptors to open up the second quarter, but Union responded with four more goals by the end of the half and took a commanding 9-2 lead.
The Dutchmen out scored Bard 9-3 during the remainder of the game to earn the 18-5 win.
