Dutchwomen Fall In LL Opener 2-0

CANTON, N.Y. - Union College first-year forward Erin O'Shea and junior midfielder Paige Sherling both accounted for four shots, including two on net as the Dutchwomen fell to St Lawrence, 2-0, in their Liberty League opening match, Saturday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
  • The hosts opened the scoring in the 32nd minute when Julia Mulhern headed in a long pass from Nikkie Syrotiak.
  • The Saints put the game out of reach in the 82nd minute when Mulhern scored her second goal of the match off a feed from Emily Wade.

WHAT'S NEXT
The Dutchwomen return to action Wednesday, Sept. 26, traveling to Westfield State at 7:00 pm.m (ET).
