WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. -- Despite holding a 3-1 lead early, the Union College baseball team loss 7-4 to Williams College on Wednesday evening at Bobby Coombs Field.
With the loss, Union falls to 14-14 on the season, while the Ephs improve to 18-7.

Sean Cullen got things started for the Dutchmen with a two-run bomb in his first at bat to put Union up 2-0 in the top of the first. Williams responded with a lone run scored off an error in the bottom of the frame, but Union used a William's error in the second to take back the two-run lead.
Unfortunately for the Dutchmen, Williams posted two runs in each of the fifth, sixth, and seventh innings to go up 7-3. Union's
J.R. Lopez hit an RBI single in the top of the eighth, but it would be the final run scored of the game.
Cullen finished the game with two hits in four at-bats, two RBI's and one run.Â
Union returns to conference action this weekend, hosting Rochester for two doubleheaders, Saturday and Sunday, April 27-28, at Shuttleworth Park. First pitch on Saturday is scheduled for 1 p.m. (ET).
