CAMBRIDGE, M.A. – The #9/10 Harvard University women's hockey team scored four times in the first period to jump out to a 4-0 lead and never looked back on their way to a 5-0 win over the Union College women's hockey team Friday night at Bright-Landry Hockey Center.
Harvard started the scoring off just 44 seconds into the period. The Crimson would tally three more times in the period. Harvard scored their fifth goal on the power-play in the second period. The Dutchwomen had a 5 on 3 with a couple of great chances, but never found the back of the net in the second period.

Sophie Matsoukas shared time in the net. Matsoukas made 32 saves in relief.
The Dutchwomen will get back to action Saturday afternoon, December 4
th, against Dartmouth. Puck drop scheduled for 3 p.m. at Thompson Arena.
