SCHENECTADY, N.Y. – The Union College men's tennis team dropped an 8-1 decision to Vassar College in a Liberty League contest on Saturday afternoon at the Union Tennis Courts.
 
Junior 
Cameron Klepper picked up the lone victory of the day for Union, earning a 6-2, 6-1 win over Nicolas Demaria at sixth singles.
 
Classmate 
Ioannis Binopoulos came up one break short in both sets of his first-singles match with David Gandham, falling by a pair of 7-5 scores, while sophomores 
Aidan O'Brien and 
Thomas McGuire both fell by the game 6-4, 6-3 score at second and fourth singles, respectively.
 
Saturday's match was the final home contest for Union's three seniors: 
David Bond, 
Austin Egna and 
Max Egna.
 
Union will close out the regular season next Saturday with a matchup at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
