SCHENECTADY, N.Y. – The Union College women's basketball team shot 57 percent from the field and saw 12 different players crack the scoresheet as the Dutchwomen cruised to a 76-29 victory over Bard College in a Liberty League matchup on Saturday afternoon at Viniar Athletic Center.

Megan Lee all tied for the game-high with 12 points, with Lee hitting all five of her field-goal attempts and also grabbing a game-high six rebounds. Senior
Amber Raisner chipped in six points and a game-high four assists as well for Union (7-12, 5-8 Liberty League).
As a team, Union hit 33-of-58 shots from the field, its highest field-goal percentage of the season and the best shooting game for the team in over three years.
Union dominated in all facets during the first quarter, hitting 10-of-16 shots (62.5 percent) and limiting Bard (1-16, 0-12 Liberty League) to 1-of-12 shooting with seven turnovers to take a 24-3 lead after 10 minutes. After Bard scored first 49 seconds into the contest, the Dutchwomen came back with the next seven from Leid (four) and Lee (three), and then, after a Bard free throw, rattled off 17 straight points to head into the second stanza with a 21-point edge.
The Dutchwomen hit 8-of-14 shots (57.1 percent) in the second period, outscoring Bard by a 20-9 margin. Six different players scored the team's eight buckets, with Lee, senior

Vinton nearly outscored Bard by herself in the third quarter, netting eight points as Union scored 18 points to Bard's 10. The Dutchwomen then closed the game by hitting 6-of-8 field-goal attempts in the fourth frame. Junior

Jenna Forman both set new career-highs with six points each in the final period, while first-year
Faith Roy added four assists and four rebounds in eight minutes off the bench.
Union will return to the court on Tuesday with a big conference clash against Skidmore College beginning at 5:30 p.m. at Viniar Athletic Center.
