- The Dutchwomen travel to New Haven, Conn. to take on Yale at Ingalls Rink on Tuesday. This will be the second meeting this season between the Bulldogs and the Dutchwomen. Yale beat up on Union 7-0 Saturday afternoon at Messa Rink. Senior

About the #7 Bulldogs:
- The Bulldogs welcome on the Dutchwomen following a weekend win against Union. Yale is on a three game winning streak. Yale is in third place in ECAC Hockey. The Bulldogs scored 10 goals over the weekend and did not allow a goal. Senior Tess Dettling and sophomore Elle Hartje are tied for the team lead with 12 goals. Hartje leads in assists and points with 28 assist and 40 points. Senior Gianna Meloni and first-year Pia Dukaric have shared time in net this season. Meloni has a .940 save percentage and Dukaric has a 1.18 goals against average.
Last Time They Met:
- Yale beat Union on Saturday afternoon by a final of 7-0. Senior Tess Dettling scored three times in the contest and added two assists in the effort. Meloni made 26 saves in the shut out. Both Matsoukas and sophomore Hope Crsiafi saw action in between the pipes.

- Union is 3-32-2 all time against Yale. Union's last win came in the 2017-18 season
MAC Goaltender of the Month and Rookie of the Month:

Sophie Matsoukas was named the MAC Goaltender of the Month and Rookie of the Month as she posted a posted a 0.71 goals against average and a .978 save percentage as well as earning her first collegiate shutout and win for the Union College women's hockey team. Matsoukas went 2-0 in two starts and made 91 saves in 93 shots in the month of December. She was also named MAC Goaltender of the week on December 14th.
Rookie of the Week:

Maren Friday was named Rookie of the Week on October 4, following a four point weekend sweep against the Tigers of RIT. Friday has a goal and an assist in both games. Union started the season off 2-0-0.
Fresh Faces:
- The Union College women's hockey team enters the year with 15 players who have never played a collegiate hockey game. Seven sophomores are returning after not seeing the ice last year because of the pandemic, while eight first-years will played in their first collegiate games for the Dutchwomen in the season opener at RIT.

Cassidy Michalicka was named the captain following serving as an assistant captain in the 2019-20 season for the Dutchwomen. Classmate
