SCHENECTADY, N.Y. - The Union College women's lacrosse coaching staff will be hosting its fall Prospect Day on Sunday, September 18, for players currently in their junior or senior year of high school who are looking to improve their skills and compete at the collegiate level!

Cost: $150 
Location: Frank Bailey Field, Union College
Equipment Needed: Cleats/sneakers for field turf, stick, mouth guard, goggles, goalie equipment (if necessary).
Includes: Lunch, two hours of instruction and game play, campus tour and information session

8:30-9:00 a.m.	Check In
9:00-9:30 a.m.	Information Session with Players and Staff
9:30-10:00 a.m.	Dynamic and Stick Warmup
10:00-11:00 a.m.	Small-Sided Drills
11:00-12:00 p.m.	Campus Tour
12:00-1:00 p.m.	Lunch
1:00-2:00 p.m.	Scrimmage
