SCHENECTADY, N.Y. – The Union College football program will be hosting the Garnet Gridiron Showcase on Friday, July 18, at Frank Bailey Field at Bertagna-Class of 1985 Stadium. Open to students entering grades 9-12, this premier camp provides high school football players with a unique opportunity to showcase their skills in front of college coaches and evaluators.
The camp, which runs from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., is open to the general public, limited only by number, age, gender, and grade level. The cost to attend is $125 per camper.
What to Expect:
- Skill Development & Drills – Position-specific instruction led by Union Football staff and guest coaches.
- Competitive Testing – Timed and measured drills to highlight speed, agility, and strength.
- 1-on-1 and Group Competitions – Live reps to showcase technique, football IQ, and competitiveness.
- Recruiting Exposure – College coaches and evaluators on-site to assess talent and potential.
Guest coaches from various collegiate programs will be in attendance, offering athletes direct exposure to high-level coaching and valuable recruiting insights.
