Captained the Oakville Blades of the Ontario Junior Hockey League under head coach Carlo Coccimiglio • In 2008-09, registered 83 points, including 36 goals and 47 assists, in 49 games • Finished 12th overall in league scoring and third in playoff scoring with 34 points, including 17 goals and 17 assists • Named 2009 OJHL All-Star • In 2007-08, led team to Bucland Cup Title, Dudley Hewitt Cup Championship, Ontairo Hockey Association Championship and parcipated in the Royal Bank Cup • Was voted best forward at the Royal Bank Cup.
