Aaron Bogosian joins the Dutchmen coaching staff this season as a volunteer coach.

The former St. Lawrence standout recently completed three full seasons in the professional ranks, playing in the AHL and ECHL.  During his pro career, Bogosian had stints with the Springfield Falcons (AHL), Peoria Rivermen (AHL), Florida Everblades (ECHL) and Toledo Walleye (ECHL).  He served as an alternate captain for Florida and Toledo.
 
A Massena, N.Y., native, Bogosian appeared in 142 career games at St. Lawrence (2007-11), compiling 33 goals and 46 assists for 79 points.  He was named the Saints’ Rookie of the Year as a freshman, and received Most Valuable Player honors as a senior.  In addition, he served as team captain his junior and senior seasons. Bogosian was also named a finalist for the ECAC Hockey Best Defensive Forward Award during his senior campaign.

Bogosian earned a degree in communications from St. Lawrence in 2011.
