Born July 13, 1986 • Shoots right • A graduate of the University School Of Milwaukee • Lettered in hockey, baseball, and football • Was elected captain of his baseball team his senior year • Named All-Conference in baseball (first base) in 2003 and 2004, and in football (defensive end) in 2003 • Wears the same number as his brother, Doug, who played hockey at Union from 1999-2002, and currently plays in Italy • Parents are Keith and Sheila Christiansen.

Appeared in 16 games with five goals and two assists for 17 points • Made first career appearance against RIT on 10/14 • Scored first collegiate goal, a short-handed tally, against Princeton on 11/4 to start a three-game scoring streak during which he scored four goals • Scored on the power play against Army on 11/24 • Netted a pair of power-play goals less than three minutes apart the following night in an upset win over #14 Massachusetts • Was named to the ECACHL Weekly Honor Roll on 11/27 • Registered a power-play goal and an assist at #15 St. Lawrence on 2/17 • Made first career playoff appearance at Quinnipiac on 3/2 • Played in 11 league games with two goals and two assists.

Before Union
Appeared in 22 games with a goal and two assists with the Omaha Lancers of the United States Hockey League under head coach Mike Hastings in 2004-05 • The Lancers finished as regular season champions • Played in 12 games with five goals and five assists with the Billings Bulls of the North American Hockey League under head coach Doug Johnson in 2005-06 • Was named All-State and All-Area in Hockey from 2002-04 • Named Area Player of the Year in 2004… Was elected captain in 2004.
