Played four years in the Ligue de Hockey Junior AAA de Quebec (LHJAAAQ) for the Pantheres de St. Jerome under head coach Yvan Joly • Amassed 113 points in 49 games with 42 goals and 71 assists in 2006-07 • Also recorded 131 penalty minutes • Was a three-year captain, leading his team to the championship in 2007 • Named to the LHJAAAQ First All-Star Team • Was a Player of the Year finalist • Played one season at College Lafleche under head coach Robert Dubuc • Registered 79 points on 30 goals and 49 assists in 49 games.
