Played for the The Victoria Grizzles of the British Columbia Hockey League under head coach Geoff Courtnall • Produced 56 points with 18 goals and 38 assist in two seasons • In 2008-09, he played 60 games, posting 37 points with 12 goals and 25 assists • Helped lead team to a 43-13-1-3 record and a trip to the semifinals • Competed in the RBC Canadian Junior A Championship.
