I chose Union because of the small class sizes, research opportunities, academic facilities, and the warm welcome I experienced when I met with the swim team for the first time.

Before Union: A 2026 graduate of Niskayuna High School ... a five -year member of the swimming team, also ran one season of track ... named rookie of the year of the swim team in 2022 ... team's high-point award as a sophomore, junior, and senior ... won one Section II state championship in 2025 and two in 2026 ... qualified for states four times ... tutored peers for SAT exams, volunteered in a soup kitchen during summers ... received New York State Seal of Biliteracy in Spanish.
