SCHENECTADY, NY -- Hamilton won five of the six singles matches en route to a 7-2 men's tennis triumph at Union Tuesday.

 

Union won the third doubles match as Tom Haynes (Hanover, NH) and Joe Wold (Casper, WY) teamed up for an 8-6 win. In the sixth singles slot, Dutchman freshman Matt Goodnow (Boxborough, MA) came back strong for the victory. He lost the first set to Dan Gross, 6-1, but then came back for consecutive set wins of 6-2 and 10-2 to close out his win.

 

Union will be at RPI on Thursday.
