POUGHKEEPSIE, NY -- Vassar College won each match in straight sets en route to a 9-0 victory over Union College in a men's tennis match Saturday afternoon.

In the first doubles, Union's Vik Ravikumar and Alex Katz (Lexington, MA) lost to Mike Mattelson and Ashish Patil, 8-3. In singles play, senior Tom Haynes (Hanover, NH) won two games in each of his two matches against Jeremy Rosen, but Rosen won the match at #4, 6-2, 6-2.

Union, 1-7, returns to action on April 15 for a home match against Hamilton at 4 p.m.
