Union men's tennis earns 5-4 dual match win over RPI

Alex Katz and doubles partner Matt Goodnow picked up a 9-8 (6) match victory against RPI.
SCHENECTADY, NY – The Union men's tennis team (3-7) earned a 5-4 dual match victory over Rensselaer (7-7) in its final home match of the spring season. The Dutchmen clinched the dual match victory when the No. 4 singles match between Union's Matt Goodnow and RPI's James Kim came to a close, with Goodnow closing out a 6-1, 6-2 victory. The Dutchmen head into the Liberty League Championships at St. Lawrence this weekend with two straight dual match victories.
