CANTON, NY - The Union men's tennis team earned fifth place in the Liberty League Tournament, held at the Sammis Tennis Courts of St. Lawrence University. The Dutchmen fell to the host Saints in a first round dual match, 6-3. In an outbracket fifth place match against RPI, the Dutchmen earned a 6-3 win to close out the season with a 4-8 record. Both
Alex Katz and
Michael Kanner earned two singles match victories against both St. Lawrence and RPI. The doubles team of Katz and
Matt Goodnow also had a perfect day, with two match victories.
