ITHACA, NY -- Four Dutchmen were event winners in Union College's men's swimming & diving meet at Ithaca College Saturday. Ithaca won the meet with a score of 194-106. Matt Hellauer, Andrew Welch, John Enquist and Zach Wahl were victors for Union.

Hellauer's  time of 10:01.44 was followed by teammate Adam Herzog's clocking of 10:04.16 in the 1000 yard freestyle. Welch took first in the 100 back at 53.18, and also was second in the 200 back with a time of 1:59.74. Welch joined John Enquist, Billy Phillips and Ben Nadareski for a second place time of 1:36.37 in the 200 medley relay. Enquist took first in the 200 breaststroke at 2:15.57 and second in the 100 yard breaststorke with a time of 1:01.34. Zach Wahl's time of 51.07 was the best in the 100 butterfly.

Nadareski was second in the 50 free at 21.76. Cameron Robertson's three meter dive score of 316.55 was good for second in that event. Wahl, Phillips, christopher Koster and Herzog were second in the 400 free relay, coming in at 3:15.62. Jeremy Sagaille took home second palce in the one meter dive with a score of 311.9.

Union is idle until February 19-22, when the Dutchmen compete in the UNYSCSA/Empire 8 Championships at Ithaca.
