SCHENECTADY, N.Y. – Union dropped its spring home opener to Hamilton, 6-3, Tuesday afternoon in non-conference action from the Union Tennis Courts.

Anthony Laurencio accounted for two team points with with a straight sets win at No. 2 singles, and teamed with Michael Donadio for an 8-6 victory at No. 3 doubles.

T.J. Moor ran his singles winning streak to three matches, defeating Matthew Billett 6-2, 7-6 at No. 1 singles.  

For the second year in a row Grant Zaccareo took on Jonathan Cohen, this time at No. 3 singles. After winning a marathon three-setter last year, Cohen needed a match tie-breaker to pull out a 6-2, 3-6, (10-5) decision.

The Dutchmen will travel to Bard this Sunday for a match that was postponed on March 28 due to weather.
