SCHENECTADY, NY--The No. 15/16 Union College men's hockey team plays its final two games in November this weekend when it hosts St. Lawrence and Clarkson.

This weekend, the Dutchmen will be hosting a jersey raffle with all proceeds going to support Beards for Brown and Brinker, which is an initiative to raise money for Gina Brown and Marian Brinker - two wonderful mothers, wives and dedicated Union fans - in their fight against cancer. UNION VS. ST. LAWRENCE ALL-TIME SERIES
Union is 22-33-1 against St. Lawrence in its Division I era. The Dutchmen went 0-1-1 against the Saints in their regular season series last year, losing 6-3 on the road and skating to a 3-3 tie at Messa Rink in the most recent meeting between the two teams. The last time the two teams met, Brett Supinski produced a goal and an assist and Mike Vecchione and Jeff Taylor each had a pair of assists.

SCOUTING ST. LAWRENCE
St. Lawrence swept its first ECAC Hockey series of the season with back-to-back shutout wins against Princeton and then sixth-ranked Quinnipiac, to improve to 5-4-1 on the season.  The Saints have faced six opponents this season who are currently ranked in the USCHO.com poll, going 2-3-1 in those contests. Junior goaltender Kyle Hayton, who was named the ECAC Hockey Goaltender of the Week after posting consecutive shutouts last weekend, is 5-3-1 with a 2.57 goals against average and a .922 save percentage. 

UNION VS. CLARKSON ALL-TIME SERIES
Union is 24-28-5 against Clarkson in its Division I era, but 15-2-0 in the last 17 meetings. The teams split the regular season series in 2015-16, each winning 4-1 on the road, with the Golden Knights picking up the victory in the last meeting between the two teams on Feb. 5, 2016.

SCOUTING CLARKSON
Clarkson went 1-1-0 in its opening ECAC Hockey weekend, beating Princeton 4-2 after falling 5-3 to then sixth-ranked Quinnipiac. The Golden Knights have faced four ranked opponents this season, going 0-3-1 in those contests. Freshman netminder Jake Kielly has holds a 3-4-1 record with a 2.99 goals against average and a .904 save percentage. Senior goaltender Villa Runola earned the start in Saturday's win against Princeton. 

CLIMBING THE LADDER
Union climbed to 16th in the latest USCHO.com Division I poll released Monday, marking its highest ranking in the poll since Nov. 17, 2014. The Dutchmen also made their first appearance in the USA Today/USA Hockey Magazine Poll since Nov. 10, 2014, entering at No. 15.

OUT OF THE GATE
With its sweep of Yale and Brown, Union opened league play at 4-0-0 for the first time since the 2004-05 season and improved to 5-0-0 at home.
