This is the first-ever meeting between Union and Mercyhurst. 
  
SCOUTING THE LAKERS
-
The Lakers are led in scoring by junior forward Emma Nuutinen, who has six goals and five assists for eleven points in ten games this season. Junior forward Maggie Knott ranks second on the team with nine points this season. She and teammate Summer-Rae Dobson have six assists each through fourteen games. Senior forward Sarah Hine is third on the team in points with eight, second in goals with five, and tied for fourth in assists with three.  
- In net, senior Sarah McDonnell has a record of 6-2-1 in 10 starts this season, with a 2.07 goals against average and a .914 save percentage.  

LAST TIME OUT

The Dutchwomen hosted Yale and Brown for a weekend of ECAC Hockey action on November 9 and 10.  
- The Bulldogs took the lead midway through the opening period, and led 1-0 after the first 20 minutes. After Yale took a 2-0 lead, sophomore defenseman Megan Ryan scored the lone Dutchwoman goal on the power play to make the score 2-1 heading into the third. The visitors netted four goals in the final period to secure a 6-1 victory (Nov. 9). 
- After a scoreless opening period, sophomore forward Alli First scored her second goal of the season to give Union the lead. The Dutchwomen doubled their lead late in the second period when junior forward Katelynn Russ scored to give Union a 2-0 lead heading into the final period. The Bears scored two goals in 17 seconds late in the final period to send the game to overtime. The game ended in a 2-2 tie after a scoreless overtime period (Nov. 10).

-The Dutchwomen welcome four new student athletes to their ranks this season, including three forwards and one defenseman.

LOOK WHO'S BACK: FORWARDS
-The Dutchwomen return 11 forwards from the 2017-18 season. Junior Katelynn Russ is the top retuning offensive producer, having totaled 15 goals and six assists last year. Fellow junior Cheyenne Harris was second on the team in scoring, with six goals and 15 assists. 

-Also returning up top for Union includes: Haley Shugart (10g, 3a); Rachel de Perio (2g, 10a); Helen Markovic (3g, 7a); Sierra Lee (2g, 3a); Jordi Naidrich (1g, 3a); Makayla Mori (2g, 1a); Ava Reynolds (0g, 2a); Alli First (0g, 0a); and Angelica Melone (0g, 0a).  

LOOK WHO'S BACK: DEFENSEMEN
-The Dutchmen return four defensemen from the 2018-19 season. Senior Arianna Kosakowski was fourth on the team in scoring, contributing five goals and her 14 assists ranked second on the team last season. Sophomore Megan Ryan ranked was the third highest defensive scorer last season, finishing with three goals and seven assists. Also returning on defense for Union is Hannah Schultz (4g, 4a) and Camille von Steinbergs (0g, 0a).

LOOK WHO'S BACK: GOALTENDERS
-The Dutchmen return all three goaltenders from the 2017-18 season. Sophomore Coco Francis led the pack, posting a record of 6-13-3 with a .918 save percentage and a 2.92 goal against average. Junior Kate Spooner finished last season with a record of 1-6-1, a save percentage of .881 and a 4.46 goal against average. Fellow junior Amerlia Murray posted a 0-3-1 record last year, with a .903 save percentage and a 3.92 goal against average.
