CANTON, NY – The Union College men's tennis team lost, 5-4, to St. Lawrence in Liberty League action on Sunday at the Sammis Tennis Courts.

David Bond partnered for the No. 1 doubles match and defeated their opponents, 8-6, marking their second doubles win of the season and first in the top match. Bond also won his No. 4 singles match in three sets, 6-2, 2-6, 6-3.

Max Egna won their seventh doubles match of the season, taking the No. 2 match by a score of 8-6.

Zach Kaplan rounded out the wins for the Dutchmen, taking his number No. 6 singles match in two sets, 7-6 (7-4), 6-1.

The Dutchmen return to their home courts for a midweek league dual against RPI on Wednesday, April 25. The meet is set to begin at 4 p.m. (ET).
