SCHENECTADY, NY – The Union College men's tennis team dropped a 9-0 decision in a Liberty League dual meet to Skidmore on Sunday evening at Sportime Schenectady.
David Bond had the closest match of the day, taking his No. 4 singles match to a super tie breaker, after winning the first set 6-4. Unfortunately, Skidmore's Lucas Pickerin won the second set 6-2 and the super tie breaker 10-4.
The Thoroughbreds won all the other singles matches in two sets and took all three doubles matches with the same score of 8-1.
Union will return to the court on Thursday, April 12, facing Hamilton College on the road in Clinton, NY.
