SCHENECTADY, N.Y. — The Union College women's swimming and diving team competed well against Hamilton College on Wednesday but eventually fell by a 145-92 score at Alumni Gym Pool.

Senior
Kerry Kelly came away from the meet with three victories of her own. Kelly, who only competed in three events on the day, grabbed the 500-yard freestyle title with a time of 5:28.80, the 400-yard individual medley with a 4:42.94, and the 100 butterfly with a 1:01.08. Kelly's efforts in the meet gave the Dutchwomen a crucial 27 points.
The Dutchwomen also swept both diving titles, with junior
Amanda Lopez winning both the 1-meter and 3-meter events, with scores of 249.67 and 215.99, respectively. Classmate
Annie O'Donnell took second on the same events for Union, getting scores of 160.88 and 146.32.
The Dutchwomen return to the pool for senior day on Saturday, January 25, where they take on Vassar College at Alumni Gym Pool. The meet has a scheduled 1 p.m. start time.
