SCHENECTADY, N.Y. – The Union College men's swimming and diving team fell to Vassar College, 205-127, Saturday afternoon at Alumni Gym Pool.

Matthew Kenvin had a big day for Union, placing first in three individual events. He claimed the top spot in the 100-yard breaststroke with a season-best time of 59.47, won the 200-yard breaststroke in 2:15.12, and also took top honors with a time of 2:01.16 in the 200-yard IM. Jackson Bennett, finished less than two-tenths of a second out of first.

Colin Farrell earned a win for Union as well in the 3-meter diving event, defeating three Vassar divers with a score of 203.47. Farrell also scored 196.00 in the 1-meter diving event to place second.

Swimming in the home pool for the last time, senior
Zach Cormier took second in the 200 freestyle with a time of 1:55.28 and Egan placed second in the 100 butterfly by finishing in 55.49.

The Dutchmen travel to Ithaca on Saturday for one final regular-season matchup with the Bombers. The first event is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. at Kelsey Partridge Bird Natatorium.
