POTSDAM, N.Y. – The Union College women's swimming and diving picked up their third win of the season after defeating Clarkson University on Saturday afternoon 179.5-143.5 at Fuller Pool.
The Garnet Chargers started off strong with a win in the 200-medley relay. Sophomore

Kristina Valenti, sophomore
Chloe Matthews, and junior
Alison Silver finished the opening relay in 2:15.11. The 200 free relay team of Matthews, sophomore
Jess Konsky, first-year
Maddie Stanley, and Valenti also earned a first-place finish with a time of 2:00.35.
Senior
Meghan Seidberg had two individual wins against the Golden Knights. Seidberg won the 50 breaststroke with a time of 39.32 and went on to win the 100 breaststroke in 1:24.73.
Stanley made her mark in the 50 free with a first-place finish with a personal best time of 29.97. Stanley also sent a personal best time in the 100 free with a time of 1:05.60 to take second.
Matthews and classmate
Samantha Picciotti went one-two in the 100 butterfly with times of 1:15.52 and 1:16.11, respectively.
Sophomore
Jess Konsky won the 100 free in 104:83 and Dino claimed the top spot in the 100 back in 1:16.57.
Senior
Aurelie Truquet took first out of four divers in the one-meter diving with a score of 190.55. Truquet went on to win the three-meter diving with a score of 211.75.
Union is back in action on Saturday, Oct. 26 at SUNY New Paltz. The first event is slated for 1:00 p.m.
