SCHENECTADY, N.Y. – The Union College men's swimming and diving team hosted a tri-meet on Saturday afternoon against Springfield College and Hartwick College at Alumni Gym Pool. Union fell 205-85 to Springfield and 170-108 to Hartwick.

Drew Hill finished in 1:41.10.
Megas took the top spot in the 50 free with a time of 22.22. The first-year added a third-place finish in the highly competitive 100 free, coming in a 49.59. Megas was out-touched at the wall in the 200 free and claimed fourth with a time of 1:49.59.
The 200 fly saw Union go two-three overall. Hill placed second with a time of 2:02.89 and first-year
Brayden Green set a personal best with a time of 2:08.93. Hill claimed second in the 100 fly, coming in at 50.73. Green also had strong showings in the 200 IM with a third place finish and in the 100 fly where he set a season-best time of 55.30 to finish fourth.
Senior
Tony Piacentini earned a third-place finish in the 1000 free with a time of 10:39.76 and also took third in the 500 free with a time of 5:09.72.
Junior
Josh Hiller earned third in the 200 back in 2:09.96 for a new season-best time.
Union continues the homestand next week with the final home meet and senior day. The Garnet Chargers host #19 Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute on Sunday beginning at 1:00 p.m. at Alumni Gym Pool.
