POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. – The Union College men's swimming and diving team fell in the regular season finale to Vassar College, 179-90, on Friday night at Kresge Pool.
Senior
Tony Piacentini earned two individual wins in the 1000 free and the 500 free. Piacentini clocked a 10:55.86 in the 1000 before winning the 500 free in 5:10.55.
First-year
Nick Megas also earned an individual win in the 100 free. The reigning Liberty League Rookie of the Week clocked a 48.86 in the 100 free.
Junior
Drew Hill won the 100 butterfly in 51.17 to earn a spot on Union's top-10 times list.

Nick Megas swam a 3:42.41 to finish second.
Megas and Javier Jr. went back-to-back in the 100 backstroke to finish in second and third, respectively. Megas clocked a 57.15 while Javier Jr. recorded a time of 57.91. Javier Jr. also earned a second-place finish in the 200 breast with a time of 2:20.96 and a third-place finish in the 200 IM in 2:14.55.

The Garnet Chargers will turn their attention to the 2025 Liberty League Championships beginning on Wednesday, February 19 held on the campus of Ithaca College.
