SCHENECTADY, NY – The Dutchmen continue their ECAC Hockey schedule and its seven-game home stand with a 7 p.m. contest against the Bobcats of Quinnipiac on Friday, Nov. 14 and a 4 p.m. matchup against the No. 11/12 Princeton Tigers on Saturday, Nov. 15. Union carries a 4-2-1 overall record into the weekend, while Quinnipiac brings a 2-4-1 record, including a 0-2-1 conference mark. Princeton stands at 3-1-0 and 2-1-0 in ECAC Hockey action.

Caffaro totaled three points during the weekend and he gained sole possession of third place on Union's all-time scoring list among defenseman with 62 career points. He is within one point of tying Andrew Will (1993-97) for second place with 63 points and 12 away from Reid Simonton (1992-96) with 74 points.
Nationally, the senior co-captain is tied for 27th among defenseman with 0.71 points per game. Several other Dutchmen are among the country's best.
Entering the week, sophomore goaltender Cory Milan ranked 21st with a .643 winning percentage (4-2-1), 35th with a 2.36 goals-against average and 36th with a .916 save percentage.
Presizniuk was 35th with 0.57 goals per game -- he has four goals in seven outings -- and sophomore forward Stéphane Boileau was tied for fourth with two game-winning goals.
As a team, the Dutchmen were tied for 14th with a .643 winning percentage and tied for 25th for scoring offense with a 2.86 mark.
Cain received recognition for his multi-point performance against Harvard. The Thunder Bay, ON native had a goal and an assist to be listed on the ECAC Hockey Weekly Honor Roll. The performance was his first multi-point game of his career.
The Bobcats are coming off a 2-0 loss to Princeton on Tuesday and have only gained one point in the standings in the last three outings.
Leading Quinnipiac is junior forward Brendan Wong, who has totaled four goals and two assists for a team-high tying six points. Senior forward Brian Leitch also has six points on a team-best six assists.
The Bobcats' two victories this season have come against American International (4-1) at the Mutual of Omaha Stampede and against Connecticut (4-1) in non-conference action.
Freshman Nick Pisellini has seen the majority of time in goal, posting a 1.03 goals-against average, a .957 save percentage and a 2-2-1 record.
Friday's contest will be the 11th all-time meeting between the two schools and the ninth since the 2006-07 season.
The Bobcats own a 7-3-1 advantage over the Dutchmen, but have not won a game in their last three outings against Union.
Each of the last four meetings have been determined by one goal or less, including three overtime games. Quinnipiac defeated Union 5-4 in overtime on Mar. 3, 2007 in the ECAC Hockey postseason. Since then Union has won 4-3 on Nov. 30, 2007 and 6-5 in overtime on Oct. 17, 2008. The two teams tied 3-3 on Feb. 2, 2008.
Princeton, which has outscored its opponents 8-3 this season, knocked off Quinnipiac on Tuesday of this week and square off with RPI on Friday night. The Tigers' only loss of the season came in a 1-0 battle against Cornell.
Sophomore forward Sam Sabky leads the team with four points -- all assists -- while junior forward Mark Magnowski and sophomore defenseman Matt Godlewski each have three points. Magnowski has totaled two goals and an assist, while Godlewski has one goal and two assists.
Junior Zane Kalemba, a preseason all-conference coaches' selection, has started all four games, registering a 0.75 goals against average, a .969 goals-against average and a 3-1-0 record.
Union and Princeton will meet for the 37th time since the Dutchmen made the transition to Division I during the 1991-92 season.
Between 1992 and 2001, Princeton held a 13-6-3 advantage. But since 2002, Union has had the upper hand with a 9-4-1 record.
The Dutchmen have won four of the last six, including a 4-3 victory last time they met on Feb. 1, 2008.
Each of the last five contests have been determined by one goal and Union is 3-2 in those games.
